Christopher M. Richards

Christopher Michael Richards, 42, a lifelong resident of Gooding, Idaho passed away in Twin Falls on July 10th,, 2018.

Chris was born in Jerome, Idaho April 5, 1976, to the loving family of Michael and Pamela (Wheeler) Richards and sister Jennifer.Chris graduated from Gooding High School and attended the University of Idaho.  While growing up in Chris developed a passion for sports and made many lifelong friends. Chris married Michelle Hubsmith and brought three beautiful children into the world, Carissa, Billy, and Benett. He loved them with all his heart and was very proud of all their accomplishments.  They were later divorced. He was also briefly married to Amanda Olsen and later parted ways.

Chris worked for many years in the construction industry both as an employee and contractor. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, BBQ's and having a good time with friends and family.

Chris is survived by his children Carissa, Billy, Benett, his sister Jenny (Darin) Hamann, two nieces Melissa (Steven) Toone, Kimberly Hamann (Brennon), numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was proceeded in death by his father and mother, Mike and Pam Richards grandparents, Bill and Pal Wheeler and Rich and Becky Richards and one cousin Kevin Wheeler.

A graveside gathering will be held July 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Elmwood Cemetery, Gooding, Idaho
