Jason Arvin Nielson

     Jason Arvin Nielson, 38, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2019.

     He was born on September 10, 1981 to Becky White.  He was raised and educated in Grand View and Gooding.

     Jason enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, drinking a cold Mt. Dew or a Bud Light, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends who meant everything to him.  He was an extremely kind and generous person who was always willing to help anyone who needed him.

     Jason is survived by: his mother – Becky White of Grand View; his brothers – Josh White of Gooding and Jacob (LeeAnn) Nielson of Gooding; his sisters – Virginia (Bart) Richardson of Caldwell and Lacey (Chris) Florence of Garden Valley; his grandmother – Elma Dean White; his aunts and uncles – Jim (Lori) White, Brenda White, Mary Henderson, Wilma (Ron) Copeland, Cindy (Steve) Gifford, Susie (Gary) Fuqua, Darrell Osborn, Pam (Jody) Gilbert and Rodney (Debbie) White; 17 beloved first cousins; and many adored nieces and nephews.

     He was preceded in death by: his grandfather – James Arvin White.

     A celebration of Jason's life will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 starting at 3:00 pm at the Gooding Senior Center.

     Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Demaray Funeral Service – Gooding Chapel.
