Alecia Dawn Rock, age 60, of Gooding, Idaho, passed peacefully on the evening of April 5, 2026, surrounded by her children.
Alecia was born on October 11, 1965, in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Sharon Nadine Pierce and David James Harden. She was the oldest of Sharon’s four children and the eldest of David’s five children. Alecia lived a full and adventurous life, marked by resilience, determination, and a strong sense of independence.
A true jack of all trades, she served her community in many roles, including bank teller, business owner, salesclerk, and daycare provider. Above all, she cherished her children and took great joy in doting on her grandchildren. Life brought its share of challenges, but Alecia faced them head-on and always found her way forward. In her later years, she was truly living her best life.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Wiltse; her stepmother, Deanna Harden; and her grandparents.
Alecia will be forever loved and deeply missed by her children, Kendell Turner, McKayla Allen, and Dylan Turner; her grandchildren, Seth, Leah, Zane, Alexis, Taelynn, Aiden, and Greyson; her father, David J. Harden; her stepfather, Robert Wiltse; her sisters, Annette Thomas, Kim (Rob) Johnson, and Patty (Justin) Kuntz; her brothers, David W. (April) Harden, Paul Wiltse, and Scott Thomas; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
In keeping with Alecia’s wishes, no formal services will be held. A celebration of life may be planned at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Demaray Funeral Service – Gooding Chapel.
