Andrea "Andy" Jeanine (Oliver) Boyer

      Andrea Boyer, 79, of Gooding, passed away on January 2, 2026 at her home.

     Andy  was born August 19, 1946 to Joe and Myrtle Oliver in Vona, Colorado and was the third of four kids-brothers Ervin and Erill, and sister Cathy.

     Her family moved to Malin, Oregon in August of 1953 where she would complete her schooling with her graduation from Malin High School in 1964.
Andy moved in with her best friend Sherry to Klamath Falls where she would meet a young airman from Idaho. Andy  would later marry that airman turned Deputy Sheriff Bill Boyer on August 4, 1974 in Elko, Nevada.

     Andy was blessed with three sons-Michael, Will,   and Alex, whom she was very proud of and loved very much.  Those boys would provide Andy with a gaggle of grandkids and a couple of great grandkids that she seemed to love as much if not more than the providers of said grandkids.

     Andy raised her sons and any other others that they might have brought home, feeding and listening to any of the problems any of them were facing. She always had a way of making any trouble vanish with a kind ear and a hot pot of coffee.  

     Andy was proceeded in death by her parents and both brothers.

     She is survived by her husband Bill, sons, Michael-Tonya, Will-Monica, Alex-Chasity all of Gooding, sister Cathy of Oregon, and all of her grandkids and great grandkids.

     A visitation will be held Thursday, 8 January from 5 to 7 at Demaray’s Funeral Chapel in Gooding.

     The funeral service will be held  on 9 January 2026 at 11 AM at the chapel,  with burial to follow immediately at Elmwood Cemetery in Gooding.

     The family would like to send extra thanks out to everyone that helped with Mom the last bit of her life.  Connie Jacobson was a gift from God as well as Mike and Tonya staying with mom through all the days and nights for her last few  weeks here.
