Arlene Marie (Abercrombie) Jarvis

     Arlene Marie Jarvis, 92, a resident of Gooding, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2020 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Twin Falls.

     Arlene was born on July 28, 1928 in Camas, Washington the daughter of Clinton Malcom and Iva Mae Abercrombie.  She was raised and education in Gooding.

     She married Stanley Palmer, they had one son – Gary.  They were later divorced and she married Orval Earl Jarvis on December 23, 1950 in Gooding.  Earl and Arlene had two daughters – Debra Rae and Tara Dawn.  Arlene worked in the area as a C.N.A. and was of service to many people in the Gooding area.

       Arlene is survived by: her children – Debra Rae (Dennis) Rogers, Tara Dawn Villagomez and Gary (Linda) Palmer; eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.     

     She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; her sister – Cleone; brother – Gene; her nephew – Mike; and grandsons – Danny and Chad.

     Arlene’s wish was for cremation arrangements.  No service is scheduled at this time.

     A private inurnment will take place at the Elmwood Cemetery in Gooding at a later date.
