Donna Rae Quintana, age 64, passed away at her home in Wendell, Idaho, on November 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Born in North Dakota, February 15, 1961, Donna was a beacon of love and compassion, teaching those around her how to love and be loved. She was always a listening ear, offering wisdom and comfort to anyone who needed it. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting imprint on the hearts of many.
Donna is survived by her devoted husband, Alvino Quintana; her beloved children, Bonnie Violet Quintana and James Quintana; her treasured niece, Jessica Duffy; and her loyal dog, Reaper. She is also survived by her mother, Violet Brothers; her sisters, Valorie Brothers, Rose Thomas, Tina Frank, and Roxanne Gailey; and her cherished grandchildren, Jason, Jesse, Zander, Spencer, and Jasper Quintana. Donna's love extended far and wide, encompassing countless family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Throughout her life, Donna was a devoted wife, a caring mother, a beloved aunt, a sister, and a cherished "Ra Ra" to her grandchildren. She had a creative spirit, showcasing her talents as a cake decorator, candy maker, baker, and chef. Donna also expressed her artistic side through stained glass art and was an avid collector.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lester Brothers; her grandchild, Wyatt Hades Quintana; and her nephew, Colby Johnson.
Donna Rae Quintana will be remembered not only for her creative talents and nurturing spirit but also for the love she shared with everyone around her. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
All who knew her are welcome. Funeral Services hosted by family and friends at the American Legion (610 W Main St) on Saturday November 29th at 2pm in Wendell Idaho.
