Edna (Clifford) Hoagland

     Edna Lee Hoagland, 87, a resident of Wendell, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Twin Falls.

     She was born on May 6, 1933 in Wendell, the daughter of William Henry and Eltha Mae (Prince) Clifford.  She was raised and educated in Hagerman and Wendell.

     Edna married Robert A. Hoagland on January 13, 1951 in Hermiston, Oregon.  In the early 1950’s they bought a farm in Bliss where they lived for several years before moving to Wendell.

     Edna loved playing golf, going fishing and painting pictures with her art guild.

     She is survived by: her daughter – Barbara Hoagland of Wendell; two grandsons – Justin Hoagland of Wendell and Tyrel Hoagland of Twin Falls; two great granddaughters – Jentri and Alie Hoagland of Wendell; and numerous nieces and nephews; Jennifer (Jeff) and their three daughters.

     Edna was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband – Robert; her son – Tom; three brothers and three sisters.

     A memorial graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Wendell Cemetery.

     Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Demaray Funeral Service – Wendell Chapel.

     The family wishes to Thank all of the Doctor’s and Nurse’s who assisted in the loving care they provided Edna.
