Gary Bliss

     Gary Bliss, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and dedicated community member, passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 70.

     Born on May 19, 1955, in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Fred and Dorothy Bliss, Gary spent his life committed to caring for others, both within his family and his community.

     He is survived by his wife, Kathy Bliss; his sister, Toni Braun; his children, Bryen Bliss, Tim Peterson, Dirk Bagley, Jesse Bliss, Dustin Bliss, Anthony Bliss, and Blanca Mendez; and his cherished grandchildren.

     Gary was known throughout the community for his tireless work ethic and his deep devotion to family. He devoted over 30 years of his life to foster care, opening his home and heart to countless children in need. Even after his youngest child grew up, Gary continued to provide care and support to children in his neighborhood, embodying a spirit of compassion and responsibility that touched many lives. He will be remembered for his unwavering dedication, his quiet strength, and the love he gave so freely. His legacy lives on in the many lives he helped shape and the family he held so dear.
