Gerald Lee Barnes, Jr.

     Gerald Lee Barnes Jr., 59, a resident of Wendell died, Wednesday, November 27, 2024 in Gooding.

     Gerald was born April 1, 1965 in Jerome, Idaho, the son of Gerald and Connie Barnes.  He was raised and educated in Wendell.

     Gerald worked with Rocha Dairy for many years.  

     He was a big part in his grandchildren’s lives.  Gerald enjoyed fishing in the Magic Valley and camping and metal detecting.

     Gerald is survived by: two sons - Anthony “Tony” Cox and Skyler Lane; one daughter - Ashley Cox; two brothers - Tracy Barnes and Craig Barnes; one sister - Jerry Barnes; and six grandchildren - Brooks, Aria, Ashelynn, Elena, Aneeva, and Jaxon.

     He was preceded in death by his parents - Connie and Gerald Barnes.  

     No funeral services are scheduled at this time.

     Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Demaray Funeral Service - Wendell Chapel.
