Karl Wayne Beisner

     Karl Wayne Beisner, 85, a Gooding resident, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at his home in Gooding.

     Karl was born on July 3, 1937 in Lockwood, Missouri, the son of Ted and Anna Beisner.

     He was raised and educated in Gooding, Idaho, graduating from Gooding High School.  He owned and operated Beisner Electric for decades. 

     He was a member of the Gooding First Christian Church and Captain in the Idaho National Guard in Gooding.

     He married Louise Locke on July 1, 1980 in Mountain Home, Idaho. 

     He loved riding motorcycles, flying model airplanes, jigsaw puzzles, reading western novels and spending time with his family and friends.

     He is survived by: his wife – Louise Locke Beisner of Gooding; his son – Ben Beck of Shelton, Washington; his daughter – Karen Beisner of Twin Falls; his brother – David Beisner of Verona, Virginia; his sister – Betty Demster of Meridian; and two grandchildren – Jake Beck and Alyssa Beck.

     He was preceded in death by: his parents; and one son – Rick Beck.

     A celebration of life for Karl will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 11:00 am at the First Christian Church in Gooding. 

     Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Demaray Funeral Service – Gooding Chapel.
