Linda Carol (Shook) Southwick

     Linda Carol Southwick, 75, a resident of King Hill, passed away on November 13, 2025 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Boise.

     She was born March 7, 1950 in her home at Spring City, TN to Floyd Jerome Shook and Alta Mae Reed. She was educated and raised in the rural area of Spring City, TN.

     She married Clyde J. Southwick on December 10, 1988 at the Presbyterian Church in King Hill.

     Linda made friends with most everyone she met; even within her circle of friends she considered their children her grandchildren.

     She is survived by: her two sons - Dwight Doyal Southwick of Mountain Home, ID., and John Dudley Southwick of Boise, ID., along with her six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

     Linda was preceded in death by: her husband - Clyde Southwick; her parents; and son - Forest Ray Carter.

     A viewing will be held from 5:00 -7:00 pm on November 20, 2025 at Demaray Funeral Service – Gooding Chapel.

     A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Glenn Rest Cemetery in Glenns Ferry, Idaho,
