Louise L. (Locke) Beisner

     Louise Locke Beisner, 82, a Gooding resident, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025 at Bennett Hills Care Center in Gooding.

     Louise was born on August 21, 1943 in Gooding, ID, the daughter of Fred and Alice Locke. She was raised and educated in Gooding, Idaho, graduating from Gooding High School. She attended Salt Lake City School of Business and worked her early years as a bookkeeper for the Locke Agency, Skaggs, the soil conservation service, and Beisner Electric. 

     She married Karl Beisner on July 1, 1980 in Mountain Home, Idaho. She was a member of the Gooding First Christian Church and loved Jesus, reading, playing the piano, gardening, elephants, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

     She is survived by: her son – Ben Beck of Shelton, Washington; her brothers – Walt Locke and Bob (Kathy) Locke of Gooding, ID; and grandchildren – Jake Beck and Alyssa (Bryan) Beck.  She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband; and son – Rick Beck.

     A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the First Christian Church in Gooding

     Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Demaray Funeral Service – Gooding Chapel.

     In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Gooding Public Library to honor her love of books.
