Mary Ann (Jauregui) Harris

     Mary Ann (Miren Jauregui) Harris, a resident of Gooding, Idaho, passed away on December 12, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.

     Miren Jauregui was born on October 16, 1961, in Jerome, Idaho, to Dionisio and Miren Jauregui and her sister, Conchi (Connie) Miller.

     She was raised on a farm in Jerome, Idaho, until the family moved to Gooding, Idaho, on March 19, 1979. She graduated from Gooding High School in 1980. She then moved to Boise, Idaho, to attend Links Business School, and graduated with an associate’s degree in accounting. She moved back to Gooding, Idaho, and she married Tim Harris on December 11, 1982.  She started working at Volco (Franklin Building Supply) in 1992 and worked there for 33 years. She loved her job and helping the community.  She was also a very involved member of the Gooding Basque Association for many years.  She was always there for her children, grandchildren, and anybody else that needed her.

     She is survived by: her sister - Conchi “Connie” Ross Miller of Twin Falls; her children - Jessie and Amanda of Gooding and Jeremy Harris of Jerome; five grandchildren - Summer (Brock) Ulrich, Dallin Rossow, Winter Harris, Annalise Harris and Andie Anderson; one nephew - Brandon Miller; several adoptive grandchildren, and many, many friends.

     Mary Ann is preceded in death by her father and mother - Dionisio and Miren Jauregui.

     The family of MaryAnn would like to thank Phil and Marilyn Sarasqueta, Donny Acha, Chad Adams, Gooding Basque Association, The Cove of Cascadia, Franklin Building Supply and Dwain and Ana Demaray.

     A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Gooding Basque Center in Gooding.

     Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Demaray Funeral Service - Gooding Chapel.
