Mychelle Enith (Larson) Castle

Mychelle Enith Castle, 58, a resident of Wendell, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at her home in Wendell surrounded by family and her lovely fur babies. 

Mychelle Castle was born on October 4, 1967 to George and Enith Larson in Rexburg, Idaho. Later she moved to Wendell, Idaho, where she attended school. She then moved back to Shelly, Idaho. Chel resided there until she had two beautiful kids, Bridget and Kameron Harding. 

Years later, Chel moved to Boise, Idaho, and resided there for 15 years. She met her husband, Robert Castle, while working as a supervisor at the CenturyLink Arena. Chel loved her job, it brought her so much happiness, but work wasn’t the only thing she enjoyed. Chel enjoyed the outdoors, Naskar, BBQs with family and driving. They traveled to the Gulf of Mexico, the Pacific Coast, and Texas. They moved back to Wendell and started a construction business. She resided there until her passing. 

She is survived by - her husband, Robert Castle; her mother, Enith Larson; her daughter, Bridget Harding (aka) Baby Bert and Bridget’s husband, Josh Harbaugh (aka) Pork Chop; along with her fur babies. Siblings – Her brother, Todd Larson; sisters, Pam Welker and Kathy Larson; along with her half-sister, Pamela Morgan; and James Anderson. Grandchildren – Kodey Castle, Tessica Castle, Travis Walker; her granddaughter, Minnie Mychelle Taylor Harding, (aka) her little mouse; and Kemika Lee Harding. Great-grandchildren – Kaydee Ava Castle and Kayomie Rose Castle; and a very close family friend, Corey Preston Needs. 

She is preceded in death by – her father, George Larson; her son, Kameron Harding; her brother, Mike Larson and sister, Jana Larson. 

Chel touched many people’s hearts in her own way.  She will be missed dearly. 

A memorial service will be held Friday, December 5, at 1:00 pm at the Christian Life Fellowship, 204 Montana St., Gooding, Idaho, with Eliu Tellez officiating.

Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Demaray Funeral Service - Wendell Chapel.
