Peggy Ann Miller Smith

     Peg Smith passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 24th of 2024, in Boise Idaho at the age of 75. She loved Jesus very much, and she knew he was coming for her. She is now in heaven. She was born in Niagara Falls NY on June 3rd of 1949 to Gene and Marge Miller. They moved to Idaho in 1956, where the family farmed. She attended schools in both Gooding and Bliss.

     Peg lived in several states including Nevada, California, Texas, Arizona and Utah, but she made her way back to Idaho each time. She raised 3 children while living in Bliss, ID. She shared her love of the outdoors with them. They enjoyed camping at Chimney Creek, day trips to the City of Rocks and trips to Shoshone Falls. She raised Pomeranians for a few years. Peg loved animals. She was a waitress for 50 years of her life.

     Her favorite bible verses were Proverbs 3-5-7. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: Fear the Lord and depart from evil.

     Peg is survived by her 3 children. Angie Hall (Harold) of Jerome ID, Michelle Kirkman (Todd) of Boise ID and Eugene (Tamara) Brown of Eagle Mountain UT. And her 8 grandchildren, Brett Thorpe, Josh Hall, Brandon Hall, McKayla Smith, Mitchell McMahan, Kira McMahan, Kayleann Brown and Vincent Brown. She also has 5 great grandchildren, Zayden, Guinevere, Olivia, Tobias and Owen.      

     She was preceded in death by her parents Gene and Marge Miller. Her 3 brothers; Jeffrey Eugene Miller, Kent Eugene Miller and Charles Jeffrey Miller.

     Cremation arrangements are under the care of Demaray Funeral Service - Gooding Chapel..

     A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Demaray Funeral Service - Gooding Chapel.
