Rick Allen Arriaga, 67, passed away at his home in Hagerman, Idaho on July 14, 2025.
Rick was born on April 26, 1958 in Gooding, Idaho.
He married Lynn Crumrine on June 2, 1991 in Hazelton, Idaho.
He served our country in the Navy from 1974 to 1980.
They raised three amazing boys - Billy, Justin, and Cody. Justin and his wife Kamri had 2 beautiful boys of their own - Bentlee James Arriaga and Beckett Wayne Arriaga. Rick’s love ran deep for his wife, sons, and grandsons.
Rick enjoyed working on his farm alongside his son, Justin. Billy gained his love for animals while being raised on the farm having animals of their own. Cody, like his father, has a love for old cars and doing mechanic work. Over the years, countless memories were made spending time together as a family on the farm. From working cattle, picking rock, building fence, and getting to continue these memories with the grandsons. Rick loved to take Bentlee for a ride in the tractors, swathers, moving water, letting him sit on his lap to drive the truck around the farm and letting Beckett, or as grandpa called him, “Tank” sit on his lap after a long day of work and listen to his chatter and telling him stories. Rick and Lynn always enjoyed their yearly vacations together to Mexico.
Rick is survived by: his wife – Lynn; sons - Billy, Justin (Kamri), and Cody; grandsons - Beckett and Bentlee; brother - Brett (Michelle) Arriaga; and sisters - Vickie (Bob) Braun, and Christine Arriaga-Miller; many nieces and nephews and family.
He is preceded in death by: his parents - Elden and Shirley Arriaga.
To honor Rick’s wishes there will be no funeral services or celebration of life at this time.
Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Demaray Funeral Service – Gooding Chapel.
