Rick Gorman Obituary

Rick Graig Gorman, 74, a resident of Gooding, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022 at St. Luke's Medical Center in Twin Falls.

Rick Gorman was born March 23, 1948 to Fred Gorman and Wilma MacGregor in Sacramento, California. He was also raised and educated in Sacramento.

He is survived by his brother Stan Gorman of Woodland, California. He is survived by many friends who were like family to him in Idaho. He is preceded in death by his parents.

At age 18 he was drafted in the military and served for 1 year and 9 months in the Vietnam war.

Later in life he became a truck driver.  In 2003 he moved to Gooding, Idaho and continued his carrier as a truck driver.  Rick met so many people in Idaho and most were like family to him.

Rick loved to go swimming, biking and worked out. He occasionally went to the gym but mostly he liked to swim laps. He worked out at home and on the road.  Rick also loved the beach and every time he trucked to California, he’d find his way to his favorite beach in San Diego.  Rick never met a stranger and was always ready to visit with everyone he met.

He was a good man and he is dearly missed.

No funeral services will be held.
