Ronnie D. Hardman

     Ronnie D. Hardman, 76, a resident of Gooding, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024 at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.

     Ronnie was born on February 3, 1947 in Hereford, Texas, the son of Ernest and Edith Hardman.  At the age of four his family moved to Gooding, Idaho where he and his siblings were raised and educated. 

     In 1966 Ronnie and his twin brother – Donnie joined the Armed Forces – Ronnie joining the Army and Donnie joining the Air Force.  Ronnie served as a crew chief aboard helicopter flights and was also aircraft mechanic.  In May 1971 Ronnie was honorably discharged. 

     He returned to Gooding where he helped take care of his mother – Edith.  Ronnie drove truck for several local farmers in southern Idaho.

     Ronnie is survived by: his twin brother – Donnie Hardman; and a sister – Valeta Reed.

     He was preceded in death by: his parents; and three brothers – Ernie, Jr., Loy and Charles.

     A memorial service will be held in the Spring of 2024 at the Elmwood Cemetery in Gooding.

     Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Demaray Funeral Service – Gooding Chapel.
