Steven Paulin, 69, a longtime Gooding resident, went home to his Father in Heaven on Friday, June 19, 2026.
Steve was born on July 16, 1956 in Boise, Idaho, the son of Charles and Arline Paulin. He attended his early years of school in Meridian. The Paulin family moved to Gooding where they ran a dairy farm. Steve graduated from Gooding High School in 1974.
Steve loved to be outside with his cows, and amongst friends. He enjoyed his career in farming; going to fairs to eat corndogs; driving with his dog; and most of all talking about his granddaughter – Victoria.
Steve is survived by: his son – James Paulin; his daughter – Melissa Paulin; and granddaughter – Victoria Paulin.
A private family graveside will take place at the Elmwood Cemetery in Gooding.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 4:00 pm at the Gooding Fairgrounds under the picnic shelter.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Gooding F.F.A. program.
