No one likes the idea of contacting a funeral home, but when its out of state, and all arrangements are made by phone, its even harder. When we first spoke with Dwain, it was a comforting moment. Everything was explained, step by step in easy to understand terms. Dwain was never to busy to answer questions, no matter how many times they were asked.
